Understanding the Impact of Sankranti Dosha in Vedic Astrology

Very existence of our earth and its occupats are due to the Sun. Sun is the centre of our Galay and due to its heat the living being survive on this earth

Sun rises in the east and exits on the west direction and this is called as Day and Night shift.

Sun takes 1 degree per day which means at the end of the 30 degree it changes it sign and takes 12 months to move around the zodiac

Sun is the king hence it is very important to study the Sun in our chart. Without Sun there is no Raja Yoga and Sun owns the 5th house the house of power and authority

We know that all planets revolve around the zodiac and they take up a place in any of the 12 signns at the time of our birth

Birth on a solar or lunar eclipse will cause disease,sickess and suffering and also poverty. The star in which the eclipse took place the diety of such star should be worshipped with the proper rituals being followed.

If the eclipse is of the Sun the the gold image of the Sun should be used and if it is of lunar nature then silver image of the Moon should be used.

Proper rituals are used to pray the diety by the parents of the child and the boy or girl is made to bath with the sacred water to remove the afflictions.

Sun owns the sign Leo where we find that Saturn is retrograde and this is also a dosha related to father. For the lagna it is 3rd house and this denotes sibbligs.
